Nominal size 18 x 25 x 2 (the size printed on your current filter). Actual dimensions measure approximately 17.5″ x 24.5″ x 1.75″ — about a half inch under nominal, which is normal and lets the filter seat properly.

MERV 8Standard

Catches dust, lint, pollen, and dust mites. The dependable workhorse for most units.

Best for: standard multifamily turnover, budget-sensitive units, frequent change-outs.

MERV 10Better

Adds finer dust, mold spores, and pet dander. A modest step up in air quality.

Best for: properties marketing cleaner air; pet-friendly units.

MERV 13Best · IAQ

Captures very fine particles — smoke, bacteria, fine allergens. Our guest-experience tier.

Best for: hotels, healthcare-adjacent, review-sensitive properties.
