Nominal size 24 x 24 x 4 (the size printed on your current filter). Actual dimensions measure approximately 23.5″ x 23.5″ x 3.75″ — about a half inch under nominal, which is normal and lets the filter seat properly.

Which MERV rating is right for you?

MERV 8Standard

Catches dust, lint, pollen, and dust mites. The dependable workhorse for most units.

Best for: standard multifamily turnover, budget-sensitive units, frequent change-outs.

MERV 10Better

Adds finer dust, mold spores, and pet dander. A modest step up in air quality.

Best for: properties marketing cleaner air; pet-friendly units.

MERV 13Best · IAQ

Captures very fine particles — smoke, bacteria, fine allergens. Our guest-experience tier.

Best for: hotels, healthcare-adjacent, review-sensitive properties.
