Return Policy
At Airestor, we want ordering air filters to be simple and risk-free. If something isn’t right, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
90-Day Returns
Unused, unopened filters may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund.
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- New and unused
- In their original packaging
- Free from damage, dirt, or signs of installation
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
1-Year Exchange Policy
Need a different size or changed systems after ordering? We’ve got you covered.
Unused filters may be exchanged for up to one (1) year from the original purchase date.
Exchange conditions:
- Filters must be new, unused, and undamaged
- Filters must be in their original packaging
- Exchanges are credited at the original purchase price paid for the returned product
If the replacement filters cost more than your original purchase, you’ll simply pay the difference. If they cost less, we’ll apply the remaining credit toward your exchange.
Filter Fit Guarantee
Ordering the correct filter size can be confusing. That’s why every order is backed by our Filter Fit Guarantee.
If your filter doesn’t fit because of a sizing issue, we’ll make it right.
We’ll work with you to determine the correct size and provide an appropriate replacement or exchange as quickly as possible.
Our goal is simple: you receive the right filter that fits your HVAC system.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Filters that have been installed or used
- Products that are damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper installation
- Custom-made or special-order filters (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.

- The items you’d like to return or exchange
- A brief description of the issue (if applicable)
